Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your KOOPES purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as refined as our garments.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- No signs of washing, alteration, or damage
- Returned within 15 days of delivery

Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and US holidays) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 3: Package Securely
Return items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send your package to our US facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs duties that cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
For size exchanges of our premium blazers or designer denim:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
