Why don’t you ship to Asia?
Due to complex customs regulations in various Asian markets, we currently cannot guarantee our standard of delivery excellence to these regions. We’re actively working to expand our service areas while maintaining our quality commitments.
How are luxury items packaged for shipping?
Every KOOPES garment arrives in protective, sophisticated packaging worthy of its quality. Blazers and coats are shipped on padded hangers with breathable garment bags, while other items are carefully folded in tissue with our signature packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I process a return?

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
